You can receive booking payouts with Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer), PayPal, or Universal Payment Card (UPC). Keep in mind that Universal Payment Card payouts are currently only available for merchant accounts.
1. Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer)
With Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer), you’ll receive payments 24 hours after the guest checks out, unless this is your first completed listing. If it’s your first time, payment will be made 30 days after guest checkout. This policy protects hosts from fraudulent activity. All future bookings will be processed in 24 hours. Find out how to set up Direct Deposit here.
PayPal works much like Direct Deposit, with payouts processed 24 hours after guest check out, unless it is your first completed listing. First completed listings are subject to the 30-day payment hold. There is no fee for using PayPal for the first year. After one year, you’ll be charged a 1% fee. Find out how to set up PayPal here.
Currently, we only support the following currencies for PayPal. See below table.
3. Universal Payment Card (UPC)
Currently, Universal Payment Cards are only available for merchant accounts and require the property to have a credit card machine. UPC works like a credit card, and allows you to charge any amount up to the full booking payment, up to 3 months after guest checkout. Non-merchant accounts can choose either Direct Deposit or PayPal for getting payouts.
