If your current payout method is selected as Direct deposit to bank, you will need to set up your bank account after your property is live and forward the account verification documents to us.
We need the following information in order to be able to set up your bank account:
- Bank location: Country where your bank is located. Only a local bank within the country where the property is located is allowed.
- Account holder or beneficiary name: Either the name that appears on the bank account or the name of your chosen beneficiary.
- Account holder’s or beneficiary’s phone number: Phone number associated with the provided account holder or beneficiary name.
- Bank account name: Exact name that appears on the bank account.
- Bank account number: Series of numbers on your bank book.
- Bank name, branch name, and Swift Code: Bank name, location, and identification code used to identify the exact branch of your bank account.
- Account type: We only accept savings accounts.
- Currency type: Local currency according to your property’s location.
- Bank address: This is the address of the exact branch where you set up of your bank account.
Special characters such as = ! “ $ % & : * < > ; , # { } [ ] \ _ ^ | ~ @) will not be accepted. If your bank account details contain “&”, please replace it with “and”.
Once you have filled in your bank details, please send an email to biz@agoda.com with the following documents. Your email’s subject line should be: Bank Approval_[your property ID]_[your property name].
- Photo or copy of a valid government ID (ID card/passport)
- Photo or copy of your bank account ownership (bank book, online statement, one bank statement and/or canceled cheque) which must include account name and number (personal or corporate)
You can expect to hear back from us – either approving the bank account details or requesting additional documents – within 1-3 business days.
If you have multiple properties, please make sure to set up bank account details for every property and send one email to verify your bank account with all property IDs in the same email. Please ensure that the title of your email is correct to avoid any delay. If you do not receive any update from us regarding the verification of your bank account within 2-3 business days, please send a follow-up email to biz@agoda.com, mentioning "Follow up" in front of the subject line.

To set up your bank account, go to the Listings page and click Payment accounts. Then click SET UP ACCOUNT to enter your bank details.

Click Create and fill in your bank account details. Click Save once you are done and the account status will show as Pending until verification is complete. Once verification is complete, the status will turn to Approved.
