Your bank account may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:
1. Your bank account details were entered using characters or in languages that cannot be accepted, i.e. = ! “ $ % & : * < > ; , # { } [ ] \ _ ^ | ~ @. You will need to enter your bank account details in English only. If your bank account details contain & (ampersand), please replace & with the text format ‘and’.
2. Your bank account name (Beneficiary Name) does not match the name on your ID card or the bank account name you provided to Agoda for verification and approval.
3. Your account details were entered incorrectly. Please double-check!
