There are two ways to cancel a booking. One is to call us using the number provided in the booking confirmation email that you’ve received. The other is to send a request through the Help Center. We strongly recommend calling as it is significantly faster. You’ll need to provide us with the Booking ID to process your cancellation request.
It’s important to note that “bad cancellations” may affect your Top Host status. A “bad cancellation” is a any cancellation made without notifying the guest.
