In the event of overlapping bookings, please contact Agoda through the customer service number provided in the booking confirmation voucher email, as well as the other booking platform. Please do this as soon as possible rather than trying to relocate the guest(s) on your own. This can be an awkward situation for all involved, so it’s important to be patient and understanding.
To prevent overlapping bookings we recommend checking your Agoda account and any other booking platforms you use daily as well as downloading the Agoda app and keeping it in Host mode, as that will allow you to receive notifications on your smart device. If you use Channel Manager software to manage your bookings across different platforms, please check your settings. Channel Managers may at times incorrectly mark your properties as available after they have already been booked.
