You have several options for accepting or rejecting a booking request.
- When you receive a booking request, you will get an email from Agoda. The email includes a link to a web page within Agoda that gives you the option to accept or request the booking.
- Login to your Agoda account and go to Messages and accept or reject booking requests in the booking request messages.
You can also accept or reject bookings through the Agoda app under the Reservations tab, Calendar tab, or through the inbox messaging.
