Within the Host Portal, you can include a description of your property, local recommendations, house rules, and directions to your home. Add check-in instructions for your guests within the Directions To Your Home section.
- Log into the Host Portal and choose a listing.
- Select Edit Listing
- Click Description
- Go to How can guests get to your property section
- Add clear, easy to follow directions to your property as well as any check-in instructions you’d like to include.
We recommend providing direction and check-in details including:
- The types of transportation guests can use to get to your home. Prioritize the easiest and most convenient options.
- Directions and instructions for each type of transportation
- Instructions for entering your property. Main entrance, alternative entrance, pass code, key box, etc.
- Any landmarks or signs that can help guests find your home
- All relevant contact information. Primary, secondary, etc.
- Instructions for check-in times outside of normal hours
Guests will receive an email with these directions and instructions automatically upon booking your property.
Example Directions and Check-In Instructions:
Take the airport rail Green Line from the airport to Central Station. Transfer to the Orange Line north to Norway Station. There will be three stops before you arrive. Take Exit 3 and walk east approximately 200m and then turn left on Greenwich Street. Once you arrive, push the buzzer on the entrance. You will be asked for a 4-digit passcode, which is 4953. The red key box will be on right wall after you enter. You may also contact the management office, located on the left wing of the building. You will need to present the booking confirmation and they will assist you with getting to your room. Note that the management office opens from 8:00am - 4:00pm on Monday - Friday. Take a shuttle van from the airport to our address. The cost will be around $30USD per person. You can find the shuttle counter in gate 4 of the arrival terminal on the 2nd floor. You may also take a taxi for around $80USD. The taxi counter is located in gate 5 on the same floor. Another option is a bus for $5USD per person. You will need to head down to the bus terminal and look for bus no. 515. The bus runs every hour on weekdays from 6am - midnight and every 2 hours on weekends from 9am - 6pm. Take the bus to Regency Bus Station. Call or message us when you arrive at the bus station and we will come pick you up, or you may can from walk from the bus station. Find the big Chevron sign near the bus station, turn left heading west into Grand Street. We are located on the right hand side in the brown building.
Take a taxi from the airport to our address or schedule a pickup service with us. The cost for the pickup service is $100USD per person and must be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. Access to the property before 3pm on check-in day is not permitted. Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon beforehand. You will be issued a code for the electronic lock 48 hours prior to check-in. This code is valid during the agreed-upon entry and exit times only. This code is disabled anytime before or after the agreed hours. Please note that the pickup service driver does not have the access code.
