These details need to be completed on the Availability page.
This is one of the most critical aspects of setting up your property on Agoda. Inaccurate or missing information about your property’s availability can result in your property not being listed, lack of bookings, overbooking, or bad guest experiences. Be sure to provide all necessary information and double check to ensure it is correct.
How many days into the future can guests book your property? – This feature allows you to control how far into the future you want to accept bookings. If you choose 1 year, guests will be able to book your property any time in the next 365 days, depending on availability.
Length of stay – This feature allows you to specify the minimum and maximum length of stay for each booking. It is important to know that local regulations may have restrictions on very short or very long stays. Be sure to check with your apartment or local authority laws before updating these fields.
Tip: Allow guests to book Any time, set the Minimum nights per stay to 1, and select No maximum nights per stay. This will allow you to capture more bookings as well as short- and long-term stays.
Update on Web
Once you have added your property’s Pricing details, click Next and move on to the Availability page.

To update your property’s available booking period and allowed length of stay on the web after the property is live, go to the Listings page and click Pricing & Availability. Then, go to the Availability page.
Update on App
If you are creating your property on Agoda Homes, you can select the booking availability and allowed length of stay on the Availability page after you have filled in the property’s pricing details.

To update your availability setting after the property has gone live, tap Listings, select the listing, and go to Settings. Scroll all the way down to Availability. Make any necessary changes to How far in the future guests can book and Save. Length of stay details may be updated only on the web; this functionality is not available on the app.
