Provide and verify your phone number

Providing your phone number is an optional but recommended step to completing your host profile, ensuring we can get in touch with you quickly. You can provide your number and verify it on the Agoda extranet using your desktop or mobile.

Desktop

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open the account menu in the top right and select Profile or click Edit your profile.
3. Under Contact information, select the country and enter the phone number.
4. Click Save to verify your phone number.
5. Enter the one-time password sent to your phone and click Continue.

Agoda app

1. Open the Agoda app and switch to host mode.
2. Navigate to More >> Profile or tap Edit your profile. 
3. Under Contact information, select the country and enter the phone number.
4. Tap Save to verify your phone number.
5. Enter the one-time password sent to your phone and tap Continue.

Once complete, your phone number will show as Verified. You can change your phone number at any time by following the steps in this guide.
