The nightly price needs to be set on the Pricing page.
Minimum price per night: Provide your base rates. The price you list is what you will get paid (unless subject to additional taxes in certain jurisdictions). We recommend that you do some research on the neighborhood where your property is located to see what price range similar homes are listing. Pay attention not just to maximum occupancy and number of rooms, but also features, nearby attractions, and so on. This will help you set a price that is both fair and appealing. When you list your property for the first time, you may want to set your price below the local average to attract more potential guests. Don’t worry about setting the price too low as you can always adjust it later.
Extra guest fee: This field allows you to indicate whether you want to charge any additional fees for extra guests. For example, if your apartment’s maximum occupancy is 3 but you want to charge an extra fee for the third guest, this is where you may indicate so. Please note that the For each guest after field goes hand-in-hand with the field for Extra guest.
Even after your property is live and bookable on Agoda, you can adjust the nightly price and set up any cleaning or additional fees. You will also be able to select a nightly price for specific dates or days of the week.
