You will need to add the following details on the Basics and Location pages.
Property type: Choose one of the property types that best describe your accommodation. We support 4 property types: entire apartment, entire bungalow, entire house, villa.
Property size: Enter the property size in square meters, rounded to the nearest whole number.
If your property is 24.8 square meters, enter 25 square meters.
Conversion: 1 square foot = 0.093 square meters.
Maximum occupancy: Select the maximum number of guests that can sleep comfortably given the total bed space and sofas.
Number of bathrooms and bedrooms: Select the number of available bathrooms and bedrooms at your property. This is critical information for our travelers when choosing a property.
Bedding configuration: Once you have keyed in the number of bedrooms, you will see options to specify bed configuration in each of the bedrooms (including common space). Enter the count and type of beds for each bedroom (including common space). There are multiple bed types you can select: single, semi-double, double, queen, king, super king, bunk bed, sofa bed, and futon. You may also add multiple bed types for each bedroom by clicking on Add another bed type. Click Next and move on to the Location page.
Location: Type in your street address, building, floor and unit number, country, state/province, city, and zip code here. If we are unable to locate your property on the map, help up by dragging and placing the pin on the correct location on our map.
Note: The exact address of your property will not be displayed on our website. Exact location will be provided only after the guest confirms a booking.
Update on Web
Log on to www.agoda.com/homes. Go to the Listings page and click ADD A NEW LISTING to create a new property.

Once you have filled in the details on the Basics page, click Next and move on to the Location page.
Update on App
To update these details (except property type and location) on the website after the property is live, go to the Listings page and click Edit listing. Then, go to the Basics page.
To create the first listing, log on to your Agoda app, go to the More tab to Switch to host mode. Click List your place now. If you already have a live property under your account, you may click on + button on the bottom right to add more properties.
