Setting up cleaning and facility fees

You can set fees for cleaning and facility usage in the Agoda extranet using either your desktop or the Agoda app. These fees are added to the nightly price you set. Agoda collects both of these from the guest on your behalf and will pay them out to you after check-out.  

• Cleaning: The amount charged to cover cleaning after each check-out. 
• Facility usage: Fee for using common facilities, such as the swimming pool or fitness center.

Desktop

1. Sign in to your account. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
2. Navigate to Rates and availability >> Additional fees.
3. Enter the fee amounts.
4. Click Save.

Agoda app

1. Open the Agoda app, switch to host mode, and navigate to your listing.
2. Tap More >> Rates and availability >> Additional fees.
3. Enter the fee amounts.
4. Tap Save.

You can update your additional fees at any time by coming back to the Additional fees page. Simply update the amount and remember to click Save.
