You can select from 2 types of Reservation requests on the Availability page:
- Allow guests to book instantly (Instant Book) – Guests can book your property and immediately receive a confirmation of the booking.
- Require reservation requests (Book on Request) – Guests can book your property with a confirmation window of 24 hours. You will need to accept or decline the booking within 24 hours, or the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Many OTAs do not support Book on Request reservations as it creates a suboptimal customer experience of waiting to receive a booking confirmation. We provide this option because we understand that you may need time to confirm your reservations. However, this reservation type is not encouraged. You may always update this setting later if your preference changes.

Once you have added your property’s Pricing details, click Next and move on to the Availability page. September 14, 2020
To update your reservation request on the website after the property is live, go to the Listings page and click Pricing & Availability. Then, go to Availability.
Update on App
If you are creating your listing on Agoda Homes, you can move on to the Availability page to select the reservation request after filling in the pricing details.

To update your Reservation request after the property has gone live, tap Listings, select the listing, then go to the Settings page. Scroll down to the Reservation requests section and select your preference. Tap Save.
