The cancellation policy and automatic extension of availability needs to be selected on the Availability page.
We provide three cancellation policies from which you can choose:
- Easy Cancel: Guests can cancel up to 1 day prior to check-in for a 100% refund. In case of a no-show, you will receive 100% of the booking price.
- Moderate: Guests can cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in for a 100% refund. In case of a no-show, you will receive 100% of the booking price.
- Strict: Guests can cancel up to 7 days prior to check-in for a 50% refund. In case of a no-show, you will receive 100% of the booking price.
Tip: Nobody likes restrictive policies, and guests will always prefer flexibility when making bookings. Choose Easy Cancel cancellation policy in order to appeal to most customers.
After your property is live on Agoda, there will be more cancellation policies from which you can choose. This includes variable cancellation policies based on different dates.
Do you want Agoda to ensure you have future availability? – This allows us to open one future day as each day passes to ensure you always have enough availability set for the future. We recommend you choose Yes.

Once you have added your property’s Pricing details, click Next and move on to the Availability page.
