Flexible cancellation policies are a top priority for travelers when choosing where to stay. You can choose the cancellation policy that best suits your property, balancing guest expectations with your business needs. You can view or change your cancellation policy anytime on Booking settings.
- Sign in to your account. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
- Go to Rates and availability >> Booking settings.
- Select your cancellation policy from the dropdown, then click Save.
Cancellation policies and refund options
Free cancellation up to 1 day before check-in
- Full refund: Cancellations more than 1 day before check-in
- No refund: Cancellations within 1 day before check-in or no-shows
Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in
- Full refund: Cancellations more than 3 days before check-in
- No refund: Cancellations within 3 days before check-in or no-shows
Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in
- Full refund: Cancellations more than 5 days before check-in
- No refund: Cancellations within 5 days before check-in or no-shows
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
- Full refund: Cancellations more than 7 days before check-in
- No refund: Cancellations within 7 days before check-in or no-shows
