Rate and allotment are the most important part. Customers may not be able to see and book your property if it doesn’t have availability. You can easily manage your allotment on the Calendar page.
Tip: We recommend opening an allotment at least 180 days in advance.
Update on Web
To manage the availability on the web after the property is live, go to the Calendar page and select the date range that you would like to adjust. Under Availability, select Available then put the price per night and click save. If you would like to close an allotment, select Blocked under Availability section and click save.

To update your availability setting after the property has gone live, tap Calendar, select the listing, select the date range that you would like to adjust, then click Edit. Put the price per night and click Save.
